Shipping Policies & Information


Most items are made to order, this ensures a custom fit and color combo just for you! Each garment is considered a work of art and a great deal of time is spent on each one to make sure that it is perfect in every way. With that being said it is important to keep in mind that good things come to those who wait :)!
Most items will be made and sent out within a 3-5 week period however it may take longer or shorter depending on the product ordered, the number of items ordered and the volume of orders being received. Orders placed during the busy Spring/Summer season (March - July) can take up to 6-8 weeks.  If your garment is going to be more than one week late we'll do our best to notify you but being that we do get quite busy with orders it is best to email me us at lostculturecrochet@gmail.com if you need more information. Please know that your patience and understanding of the time needed to make your custom order is greatly appreciated :)
All items are shipped via USPS. Please make sure before hand that your country accepts this form of shipping if you're located outside of the USA. Please allow 3-5 business days thereafter for shipping on U.S. orders and 6-10 business days on International orders (times estimated by the USPS).
I would be happy to track your package for you upon request once your package has shipped. Tracking may be limited for some countries. Please note I do not cover customs fees.

IF YOU NEED YOUR GARMENT BY A CERTAIN DATE PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASING SO THAT WE CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS DOABLE. 
Items requested by a specific date, agreed upon by us & our customer will be postmarked and shipped in enough time to make it by the date requested however after its been shipped it is no longer in our hands and it is the duty of the postal service to get it to its destination in the estimated time they have stated.
Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about packages stuck in customs or any delays on the part of either countries postal services. Packages do on occasion get returned to us, if we're at fault we will gladly cover the cost to have it re-shipped, however if we are not at fault we will request that you cover the cost to have it re-shipped. We do not offer refunds for international shipments that are not received, damaged, returned, or refused. If you suspect that your package is missing please contact me so I can further investigate and see how we can go about getting everything straightened out! If you would like to receive a refund on a missing, damaged, returned or refused package the best option is to purchase through PayPal so in the event that something does go missing you can directly file a claim with them. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
